vbmw335 get a winter wheel/tire package and atleast use the car for the cold dry days or days after the roads are cleared off all snow. I personally cannot see my baby in the garage from mid-Nov to end of March. The car is depreciating every minute, you are making the monthly payment and the insurance..why not drive it. If you have a different car that you like to drive and use it when the weather is foul (like say a bimmer w/ x drive or so) and do not miss driving your Porsche very much then it is a different story.

I am in the same boat. I try to drive it and can only tolerate driving it at 2/10's for so long. Not worth it...

Good points. After seeing the values of this car drop...i might as well drive it more often on clean days.

Actually i have a v8 X5 and a jeep so my drive to work is really not that bad. I try to take it out in the nights when the roads are clean...its such a rush especially when i drive it after weeks. The power is jut insane during 5F nights...

oh like ttboost said i like to drive my cars hard when i drive...so with the jeep and x5 i can drive 7/10 ...no issues.

Awesome pics!

This is such torture here in chicago. I would take it out when its dry if it wasnt for the salt. The sound of salt bouncing around on my car is like nails on a chalkboard.

Very true, but hey at least it never snows in the city. And my car rips on those 50* nights!

I am supposed to go look at a 72 Austin Mini Cooper in Daly City sometime Sunday afternoon, so I am down to cruise for a bit if we don't go too far away.

Something closer than Bodega perhaps? Up to Stinson or Pt Reyes?

I have never done the Alice's route, but I know you guys just did that last time...
