Maybe for 34k its a deal, but its already an 03 car, 68k is a far cry for what anybody will want to pay for it with all the wrx's for sale nowadays. He should get the car a leading spot in an upcoming ricer movie to generate some interest for that kinda asking price.

A ricer is a ricer is a ricer. Fugly as hell. I dont care if it made 800 Hp and cost $30K. By 40K miles it will fall apart or be leaking oil all over my garage. LOL can you imagine the look on your clients faces when you offer to take them to lunch in a nice resturant and pull up in that monstrosity ? You can say hey I know its a 14 y/o's wet dream, but its got 370 Hp!!

Nope, before - it was going to be featured in TuningWerks as well, but they ended up picking an Avant in Vegas.

Man you come up w/ the weirdest analogies

First, since when do these things leak oil

Second, who is talking about picking up clients in one. The people buying these for their everyday driver aren't looking for something in the "impress your clients" market exactly.

Subarus dont leak oil.... they are only 2nd to porsche boxer engine... impressive for a $32k 2005 sti. If I wanted to go really fast really cheap... I would call my friend adam, who holds the record for a 4 wheel street legal car in the USA... get an evo lancer and do 10.2 at the 1/4 strip... for $15k investment. He did 8.71 @ 156mph is a 2.0 liter evo lancer... and drove home later that day. subaru is nice though for the money....
Ive had my share of exotics: diablo, ferrari 355,ect... and currently a tricked out 996 turbo... and I still think that the Subaru is a respectable car for what it is.
just my .02cents worth,
