Front (8.5 X 19 ET 53) 23.5 lbs
Rear (12 X 19 ET 51) 28.5 lbs

I put on:
235/35-19 on the front
315/25-19 on the rear

Unless I go RWD, this is the best setup I can find.

What are you running Mike?
