(Probably) The Best Detailer in The World
I can honestly say there is no car that I would not be willing to take out and actually drive often and put miles on. For some wierd reason, though, I would not be able to take a car for a drive out once a detail like that had been done on it
It would make me cry the first rock chip or rain...

It would make me cry the first rock chip or rain...Remember, the cars in the pictures are in the UK and we have rain all the time, not to mention our roads are terrible
G told me that you can keep these cars looking excellent for a really long time after detailing
I think he said you 'top them up' every six months or so, and offered to show me how he does it so I don't get any swirl marks in the paint when I wash it afterwards

Have another look at that Mercedes rear lens
If you look closely you can actually see his reflection as he's leaning over to take the picture
If you look closer still you can make out the licence plate on the car parked behind it

How the **** do you get a rear lens to shine like that?!
I'll check the emails he sent me to see if he says how long it usually takes him to finish a car
15-20K .....as in thousand? C'mon...you mean 1.5K 2.0K I hope
I've found an old email I got from G which he sent at 3:00am (apparently he was waxing a car at the time!)
He told me he could do a "standard" detail in around 10 hours
(standard to him means jaw dropping to me) but he'll gladly spend 1 week+ on a car depending on the finish you want
I don't think I should be posting prices, but I can say "$manager" is a damn sight nearer than "Mz3bo"

$150 an hour for a 10 hour detail....Hell if the guy is turning out that kind of quality it actually looks like a pretty good deal.....The shadetree guys who throw up a shingle charge about the same amount...and obviously nowhere the quality. Good for him!
I haven't checked the exchange rate for a couple of days, but I sure don't think it's even $150ph!
When I spoke to him he said he'd charge me for the job itself and not the time taken,
If he over-ran that was his problem not mine
Depending on the finish you want it could take 8 hours, it could take 50 hours
The cars are always perfect, but some are more perfect than others, if you know what I mean

I'd test drive the car and donate some serum to assist the gal in curing acne

If the guy fly over your place, that is cheap considering his time, ticket, hotel, food
