How often do you...

How often do you do a pretrip? Check the air pressure in the tires, coolant level, washer fluids, head lights, turn signals, brake lights, parking brake, oil level, ( all fluids ), lug bolts, idiot lights when you turn the key on, wipers, tread/tires for wear and flashers. Just give your car a good look over. I do it at lease 1c a week. It's even good to do it at the end of a drive when the car is at running temp.
It takes about 10 mins? I know my wife never does it, she just thinks everything is just always going to work.
I actually like doing it, it gives me a better feel for my car and a more confidant feeling that the car is going to preform.

I don't do this for short trips, but I will always eyeball the tires at minimum...looking for obvious signs of trouble. I do a pretrip for any reasonably sized drive (ie: 100+ miles) but, like any good Porsche owner, I pay pretty close attention to my car relative to the "normal" cars I own.

Mine is a DD so I'll just pick a day every 4 or 5 days to do it.
