Smile 3 Months Later.......HRE's Are On!!!

After three long months, they are on and looking good. As a result of delays with the rim manufacturer, the wheels took longer than expected. It actually worked out perfectly. Yesterday was the one year anniversary of my father’s death and I woke up feeling pretty crappy. I went to Lucent and immediately my mood elevated. Tom and the crew at Lucent put the wheels on and I began to feel better.

Thanks to Peter at the Wheel Experts for keeping me apprised of my order status and for making a somewhat frustrating experience more bearable.

Thanks to Arling and Tom for making a crappy day, a little bit brighter.

The last couple of mods I have planned are to get the panels around the nav, heated seats, cup holder, cd holder and ac controls painted midnight blue. Also replace the gold emblem air bag with a silver emblem.

I think the Cab would look good on your car too, Kirb. Next mod is to chop the top?

Thanks Guys. I took a bit of a risk with the charcoal centers. Overall, I think it goes well with the blue. I will try and take some pics of the car in the sunlight when the blue has a purple hue.

Awesome!

You waited for 3 months? well I guess my 2 months and 17 days wasn't that bad considering they have to ship them to HK.

The charcoal centre works very very well... mine are black!

I think the charcoal centers look pretty good on blue. It's refreshing to see different combinations.
