HELP with slicks (differential ratio)

Gentlemen,

Your assistance and knowledge in this matter will be greatly appreciated (and probably save me a couple of differentials).

I want to put a set of matador slicks to standard 996 turbo wheels.

front size slicks: 235/640/18
rear size slicks: 280/690/18

Since the car is awd would these sizes still retain the required ratio in order to avoid any of the differentials (front most probably) from being destroyed?

The car currently has 235/40/18 and 315/30/18 PS2s on.
