Hey guys, it was a pleasure meeting you and having you let me check out your cars. You definitely gave me a new appreciation for Porsches and what they are capable of. Thanks again.

Ok now the 20 million dollar question. With all these newly modded cars, who had bragging rights?

Well, I can only speak for my own personal experience. I think Sean's RUF and my GIAC Stage 4 are about equal. The Stage 4 is quoted as 600hp whereas the RUF is 550 or so, but it sure seems like we are equal. Sean, your thoughts? On that note, I want to make arrangements for a dyno at AWE in the upcoming weeks. Is anyone else interested? (Sean, I know you expressed interest) If so, please contact me and MAYBE we can get a small discount for a group.

I only ran next to BuddyG's 700hp beast for a brief moment and it was not a good gage of performance and I never was next to the PES car.

He is still driving back to Michigan so you will have to wait a day or so.

Definitely count me in for the dyno run. As for my car's strength I was pleasantly surprised by its performance yesterday. I think it's fairly comparable to Ken's as he stated. I didn't have an opportunity though; to redline beyond 4th gear yesterday....I can tell you that the car really seems to come alive at the 130+ mark.

We had a blast yesterday….the meet was spectacular….looking forward to forthcoming LI meet.

Great pics Ken, et al. Much looking forward to the next one. I'll be saying good-bye to my baby tomorrow as the goes in for body work. First thing when she's back, I'm going to redo the drive and see if I can miss the guardrail this time.

Glad I was worthy of a few sentences in your summary, just disappointed it wasn't for a better reason.

Ken, maybe I'll see you and your Mini at Pocono. Though it might be my WRX that takes me up there.

The "BUDMAN" has returned to beautiful and cold Michigan!! Just got back boys!! What can I say the timing of picking up my Red Beast was just perfect. I was able to meet alot of people on the list and see a ton of AWESOME cars!

Like someone else has said this meet has just cost me more money! Dang you guys keep spending my money all the time! I have finally decided on my aero mods after seeing all the cars together.

I am definately doing the Gemballa rear wing, Ken that is the best! I think I will also be doing the RUF front bumper it is really, really nice. A little less garish than the Techart type II in my opinion. I will probably add the Techart side skirts and intake divider. What a cobbled together areo package that will be!!!

So many nice cars and nice people, you guys rock!

Okay so the impressions of the Stage 5 Beast I will post a new thread for the complete writeup.

Thanks Ken for putting this event together and thanks to all who came, it was a lot of fun!!
