I hate it when I see people driving with the euro rear fogs on in decent weather. I see it often here when it gets dark, no rain, no snow, just DARK! I so want to rap on the window and let them know it doesn't help and is confusing when it's just dark...
Not used this on my car yet. I too only recently discovered the pull the switch thing - and all of the dead bulbs I have too <sigh> LEDs this Spring I swear!

I feel stupid now!
I learn something new here everyday. I have been a proud owner of my Porsche 996tt for only about 4-5 weeks now and did not realize that my car had a rear left fog light. I let my buddy drive it home the night I bought it, since he helped me pick it up. Boy that was a mistake as he got a little sideways coming off the freeway 
, but not too much thanks to the all wheel drive 
I noticed driving behind him that the left tail light was brighter than the right. I thought maybe the last guy replaced it with the wrong bulb or something. I remember the fog lights were on since it was dark and a little foggy out in the valley coming home. The payback was that he could not sleep and was really tired at work the next day because he said he could not go to sleep. He said he laid in bed all night with a big grin on his face and was dreamin about my car and how fast it was!

problem now
I checked with my buddy. His mom is still driving an 03 X50. She has raced professionally and messes with guys all the time I figured it may have been her I'm pretty sure she is also in her 60's although she doesn't look it.
