Looks like the same guy driving both cars. His car control is beyond belief along with his knowledge of the course. How he keeps it out of the fences or armco is nothing short of miraculous.

His steering wheel control is so smooth, you could learn a lot from watching those videos. Man, mines not a RUF but the 996TT is an Awesome car even straight from the factory. But if you put a little tune on it, the car can be incredible!

I think the driver in those vids is Stefan Roser...a RUF legend of sorts.
