Who makes Tips like on the Tubi exhaust?

Who makes Tips like on the Tubi exhaust?
The Tubi exhaust has killer tips on it. I want that look but not the exhaust.

The tips are supposedly permanently attached to the exhaust.

Any idea how or where I can get tips like that?
