Who will have the fastest 996TT this weekend?
Guys, thanks for the rep points. I want to give Powell BIG PROPS for showing up and backing up his mouth. He can drive the **** out of that car. Congrats.
Here are a couple slips from today. I'm now running 24/18g turbos on a stock bottom end 996 car with a tiptronic tranny. I think
I also checked the pbox data an I'm now running consistent 6.3-6.4s 60-130's with in my 1/4 mile runs. I ran a 6.34 in one of them. This is huge since my previous average was 7.1-7.2s 60-130 within a 1/4 mile run.
With these turbos I'm running a consistent 4MPH and .2-.3 tenths quicker in the 1/4. I'm very happy with the upgrade.

I know, I can't seem to better my 1.79 from a few months ago..
1.82 run + 3.1 reaction = 4.92.....I reckon you'd have just pulled on me
.....In all seriousness, +1 for you.....that's a damn fast car you've got there!

Chris, Todd, Eric, Jaime and Sean. Conrats on representing the Porsche community properly in an event where some of the worlds most respected cars and drivers go break records. Glad to see so many records broken today. It's a true testament to what a greast platform the 996/997TT truly is. After almost 10 years of R&D people are doing what was once impossible with a car that started out with only 415-450 crank hp. Mad props to each and every one of you.
Are you all running the mile next weekend?
