I am sure you have looked into it. In my old muscle car drag racing days I had my t400's and 727's valved and with high stall TC's(art carr), and they would slam you hard on shift(and they still do
). I am surprised no one has done that with the tip. I'd bet if you had a hard shifting tranny you'd gain at least a half second. Also, it almost seems like it does not want to fully lockup during your burnout.

The street-ability would suck after that change.
streetability? who cares about that. Between lwfw, straight out exhaust, hard suspension and solid mounts, I can't hear myself fart.
