I'll concede that the build and feel will be nowhere near that of the CGT or Enzo, but the 750 horses might be fun. I'll reserve judgment for now.

Just the proportions and lines. It looked like a homemade car without the design sophistication you'd expect at this level. Ditto re: the interior. Most of the cars we often think look like crap in pictures, turn out to look much nicer in person. The S-7 was just the opposite.

how did the fit and finish look? Were there gaps, etc?

Yea, the interior looked nice in the pics. I'll have to go check it out this week at the show.

I couldn't get past the look of the car to even move into gap, fit, and finish inspection.

I hear ya, it definately takes the right taste to like the car. I saw one on the road a few months back and it was stunning, but I wasn't really able to closely inspect it.

The looks are very wild for a 550K car.

Did they have the bonnet up? Cause the engine looks amazing in the pics.

Also, did you honestly have any bias looking at it?

No, the bonnet was closed. Nope, no bias from me. I'd love to like an American supercar located an hour away from me! Surely, a small maker like Saleen an hour away would offer better/faster service than a big company like Porsche who requires going to a dealer who has to go thru PCNA to get to PAG. It's very very impersonal and you usually walk away feeling like they couldn't give a schit.

I thought his Mustang looked a lot better.
