guess i've had it all now two days ago my sciate nerve went haywire.... my right leg is a killer.

so i checked out google and the info said do not rest it, no driving or sitting , it them pictured some exercises which i am doing ever 15 min...
now it sat and i can't sit and watch tv (sciata ) so i have to keep moving as painful as it is.

well i rewaxed the hhr, cleaned the wheels(it's my new work car so i'm going thru the extreamly i'm hot s... syndrome . in regards to the car. got that done without sitting down in accordance tho the sciata artical... the next step was the p car. cleaned the wheels waxed the car and cleaned the windows....

guess i'm a woos as i did not clean the interior and sunday is euro sunday in sacramento well roseville. if i can walk i'll be there!!!
