(I had started this thread previously but this forum for some reason won't allow me to respond to it, so I have to start a fresh one.)

I had originally asked about the Durametric cable working with the Softronic software and was told that the cable had to be authorized before it would work; by the time I got that answer I had recieved the actual Softronic cable so I guess it was moot point.

So I plugged the cable into my car and laptop around 3PM on Friday and it ran through it's download process, I added in the required notes, and it said it had completed.

Should I have recieved an e-mail notification telling me that the download made it to where it was supposed to go? I've heard nothing back. Maybe they were closed when I attempted my download? Do they reply to those downloads only during the weeK?

Just want to make sure something didn't get screwed up.
