Eric,

What you have now is the great memories of past times with your dad. It was great he was your best friend.

I'm sure that brought him alot of joy. Back in June of last year I lost my best friend of thirty-four years. I still get teary eyed whenever I think of him. He was just like part of our family.

Nothing any of us can say that will relieve your great loss. I'll say a prayer for you and your dad. Someday you will meet him again.
