Check out this article I found on the internet. I was under the impression that McLaren F1 developed a "Zero Shift Time" transmission last year, but the FIA banned it. I also heard that BAR Honda did the same this year, and it too was banned.

Maybe this technology could make it? Who knows?

Probably because they involve using 2 parts instead of one working at the same time to help "pass" the load from gear to gear.

This technology looks to use the same system that a regular tranny would, so it would probably be legal!

It's called DSG in VAG-language.

Guess the new Turbo will have something similar.
