2nd Mod, with a question.
Installed the carbon fiber airbox. Now do I need the cover on or can I leave it off.

Assuming you have a factory decklid with the factory seals in place and NOT modded, you will suck hot air from the engine compartment with it off.

I would leave it on. When it rains or when you wash the car, you don't want to risk having water get into the filter
