with this guy's business, I'll bet he has a ton of tickets for double parking, etc. and this is his long term solution to the problem. This sounds like something a BMW (brand X) owner might pull, not one of us. Problem is, he got greedy. A similar amusing concept in the city is having the MD lisence plate. Like as though your responding to an emergency house call and needed a quick park. LOL. I am a doctor in a small town and I can't even get out of a ticket when these guys know they're gonna see me soon in the ER with a cut or broken bone from some real idiot. Anyway, the days of law enforcement catering to anyone are long over.
