Sportec front lip prices

I might get the Sportec front lip but does anybody know the price? Any guesses as to what it will cost to paint and instal? Do you have you remove the factory lip or does the sportech go on top of it?

I have one

cost about $800 I think then plus painting and installation which was about another$350. You remove the OEM lip
