If they did not mess with the monoball at all I would think they are missing a few degrees of camber. With the 996's the lower you get, the more negative camber you get. Some other guys have run into this problem. I know about more negative camber not less. If you search this section you'll see that many guys have had to buy control arms to lower the car and get less negative camber.
I thinking that it seems to feel really good for the street with -1.8 camber in the front so I'll just leave it
