Question turbo break in?

Found this online. http://www.boostplanet.com/new_page_2.htm

just installed k24 18gs (with some other bits), probably start the car in a couple days. have installed brand new turbos on couple of past cars, one on a brand new engine, the other on existing. both times just made sure turbo was primed, idled, checked for air/oil/fuel leaks, crusied around, stepping up pace then checked for air/oil/fuel leaks again. Hard pulls during final stages of (real time) mapping and no holding back from there on out. didn't run low boost for 1-200miles as advised in above link accept in case where engine break in was required.

any advice here? TIA!
