Usually female. Drives a Lexus or MB. Take no prisoners type of agent..in a good way. I called my last one that anyway.

For sale by owner...me (no agent)...trying to pass the money I save from not having a realtor on to the potential buyer. Last 4-story townhouse in my complex sold for 430-440k, but paid 20k+ to realtor.

I've walked through several of the previously sold. The woodwork and overall detail are definitely impressive. Not the typical pop-up townhome.

Great location, too - Goode Co BBQ at your back door.
