after 18 K miles from new I've noticed that the RHS base of my drivers seat has become far less comfortable, on inspection by feeling underneath the foam cushion has split on this side, anybody else had this ? Even though my car is out of warranty I'll expect them to replace the foam cushion free of charge, am l out of order ?

 

they have stripped the seat, replaced the spilt foam seat cushion with a new item at what looks like no charge, Must say at the start of the week it was a battle with them but when they got it out and inspected it sympathy and service returned
