Hi all,
I have been wondering for some time now if there is anybody who has removed some of the environmental systems and auxiliary air systems from their engine. ie Keep It Simple.
Forget the environmental stance just on an engineering level. Has it been done.
I'm sure it will remove a football fields worth of rubber hosing, piping, valves and motors etc.
Can the engine be made more purist??
There must be some boffins out there that race their 996tt's and have done this.
I look forward with interest to reading what can be done.

What effect has that had on any engine systems. Cats and engine warning lights for eg.
