congrats mate! i can't believe there's another perth 996 GT2 owner here!!

did you get it from chellingworth? i know there was one there for sale recently fitting the same description of your car.

That's the one! So that makes three, two silver and one Zanzibar red unless Kim Ledgers silver one is still here. Pretty good stats as I'm told there's only 13 left in Australia out of the 27 or 28 delivered.
We did a 300km loop yesterday out through chittering valley. Knocks my old GT3 into a ****ed hat, this GT2 does. I love it.

I didn't realize they had such a low number of 996 GT2 in Australia!!

The car I have is the one Kim had. I believe he bought a 997 GT2 right after he gave me the 996 but it seems that it has been sold too now.

Did you have a cruise through Chittering? Please let me know next time you're going cos I'd love to join you guys.

Took a while, on account of falling rather ill, but at last with great fanfare............
and drum roll..............
yet another silver GT2 in the 6speed fold!

Ownership is proving very enjoyable. Very.

Very nice... Congratulations.... Post up some of your impressions of the Car, once you have a few miles under your belt.

The first order of business is to get the suspension geometry sorted out and get the ride height dialed in.. It will make a MASSIVE difference to the way the Car feels and drives..
