Porsche Roof Mount Hardware

Does anyone know where I can purchase individual pieces for OEM Porsche Roof Racks?

I am missing a single mount that attaches directly to the roof.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

I asked PNA, I have some contacts there, and they said they don't sell them seperately. They even gave me their manufactures information, i contacted them. They said nope. They don't sell individual parts.

So your saying we need to buy a whole new roof rack?

I would be willing to split the price of a new rack if necessary? Would be expensive but I need my rack as I use it continuously through the summer for my bike/camping.

Alternatively, if you don't want to use your roof rack I would be willing to purchase.

Maybe you guys could take one of the roof rack brackets that you DO have and have a machinist friend do a little fabricating?

So here's the scoop:

I needed a bracket ASAP: The led to machining at my friends woodshop a temporary bracket out of Purple Heart Wood that I have been using for the last month. It is now becoming loose.......

But the good news is here for the bracket:

http://www.pelicanparts.com/cgi-bin/...RACK%20BRACKET

I did look at the machining route and due to all the subtle angles and curves it was going to be a 250-300 dollar job. Bracket is a lot cheaper!

Tx for all the input.

J
