I live off of the Edens and touhy ave... around Skokie- close to you..... you can catch me at night sometimes tuning my car @180mph on Devon ave between Milwaukke and Caldwell. I call that 2 mile stretch "MARKSKI BLVRD" you should stop by one time.

Yes i agree- but that wing I had to have. If was more work then I thought... lots of prep work required... but it fit well- good instructions . they could have had a better solution for the mesh in the back- they want you to use little screws and ther is not much thickness so one has to be VERY careful. Otherwise, I think it was worth it. Its part of the thrill putting the whole car together.

Sometimes when I go to the 1/4 mile track... I launch in Low boost.... to get less wheel hop... and so the throlle body doesnt shut down... Im just experimenting. I know that every TUNER online will tell u that boost controllers do not work on TT, they do for me. I can hit 1.5 bars in the winter.... and 1.3 in the summer.... but thats not why I think they work for me.... I noticed that my turbos spooled up faster... I will say that If I would go to a road track- I would turn off the boost controller. I think its good for quick sprints...
INTERESTING. 1.5 during winter NICE

Nor should one try to lower the cars too low( for the look)... and expect to be like Schumaher on the track. One compromise for another. Im very happy with my pss9s.. Orbit Racing installed it- no wonder.
The car looked perfect to me for my application. Yes, I do like the look of the GT2 height, but, the car sat perfect for a turbo, A gt2 is a gt2 and the streets in Chicago are horrible so I am definately going with the PSS-9's at the same ride height as Mark.

Thanks again and thanks for those sweet CD's!!

Lou

My father has two offices at st francis hospital and a clinic off of touhy and the edens right near that "Purple Hotel" so I am in the area quite often! Maybe I will come out and follow on Markski blvd some night if you dont mind! Maybe through some plates on the race car and get her out on the street!

Techart GT nose and rockers, gemballa wing and Cargraphic Racing wheels 9x19 and 12x19. SICK. He then started it up as he just had some straight pipes installed. That is one sick beast. Thanks again buddy!!1

Btw, below are some pics of his car that Evan recently posted;

Car looks perfect except the rear bumper. I think painting the three lips on rear and sides would give you more continuation of line. It looks a bit front heavy as it is now.

Very nice car indeed. I like the gemballa deck also. It's a nice compliment to the OEM wing. I always thought the OEM knife blade wasn't the problem, it was the OEM ducktail deck that gives it that silly look.

I thought you had a seat massager control there

Don't get that Techart rear bumper. It looks way too edgy. That does not fit the look of a TT. The car calls for round, flowing design.

I totally agree. Don't know why people like the Techart armor look so much.
