Looks incredible! Congrats. Just curious why did you go with tip? (not that there is anything wrong with it)
Enjoy!

When racers like Hurley Haywood state they prefer a TIP in a TT for street driving, one should have a high level of confidence that the decision is sound. The owner principal of my Pcar dealership really lobbied me toward the TIP as did my salesperson (who is a 15 year Pcar salesman and FRIEND). Neither of these men would make such a suggestion if it would have compromised my enjoyment of this wonderful automobile.
While having put only 300 miles on in a week, I must say I enjoy being able to ignore shifting when I want and conversely, can shift using the steering wheel TIP switches when I want. I see this as the best of both worlds and all without any significantly measureable loss of performance.

I do like the simplicity of the Techart Formula wheel in high polish or chrome & paint. The contrast of high polish with the Seal Gray is flattering, and unlike other TT's, the "S" has chrome on the body (Turbo S on engine bonnet).
Most on this board prefer black or dark wheels and I don't. That's what makes this hobby enjoyable, variation. If we all did the same thing, it would become boring. I have admired several cars on this board where high polish or chrome wheels have made an awesome statement; I will just have to play with options.
John - all of your stuff is just about ready.
However, now that I've seen the vehicle, I think the installation will need to take place here at plug headquarters.
Can you please flatbed the car to us this week, and we'll be sure it's back to you in a month or two. You know, installing those bumper plugs will take some time, and of course, the wing will require a substantial road test.
I don't think you'll have to worry about the break-in after we're done.
So...is that ok?

A quality company specializing in exemplary customer service would come to Knoxville and facilitate the installations in my garage. What do you think?
