To utilize them correctly you need at least ICs, injectors, and the piping to the turbos replaced(if you stay on stock maf)... otherwise its a waste...

I am thinking of replacing my 16G setup with 24/18gs....A 6speeder put me in touch with a set for under $2k. Do i need the 1bar actuators if i already have a Greddy EBC? I might wait for alphas. Anyway, I plan on putting on a y-pipe, plenum & TB, lower boost hoses and 60lb injectors next week. Not sure which turbos I will go with though.

yes you do... and make sire they are calibrated correctly... and if you really want to take advantage of the set up get some good intercoolers on there... trust me... we saw some good gains on our 18gs ....

Stock Turbo I/Cs mandotory to upgrade? Adds a fair amount of $$$$s onto the bill.
It really depends... too many variables... some can run 134 mph and some only 127 mph.... there is more to it then the basics... the trick is to maximize the system and talk to someone that knows how to set up the car.. including little tricks... better gas, shortshifting, EBC, wgs, no EBC, weight reduction, etc.
Ics help ..
