PCM1 NO SOUND Please help

I have just got back my PCM from being recoded. Not actually had music in the car for a long time (like it when i purchased the car)
The stereo seems to have no sound
does not read loaded Cd's
Radio does not seem to tune in
I can hear a clicking sound from something that says BOSE on it and it sits ontop of fuel tank area (small box about 6" x 3")
Sat nav seems to work fine but again not head any sound

Not sure what to do next
Regards
Tim

My first thought when you said that there was no sound, was that your Amp could be shot. Not reading the CDs or FM radio sounds like the head unit, though. You may want to make sure that all of the plugs in the back of the head unit are plugged in. Just curious, but what kind of shop would recode your head-unit and not check to see if it worked? Also, if your car never had sound, maybe the previous owner hacked up the factory wiring harness with an aftermarket stereo, and then just pulled everything out without fixing the stock setup before he sold it to you. Bottom line, you're going to have to get your hands a little dirty, here.
