Never done it.. plus the cost would be astronomical... I doubt I could sell one...
mind you my race version without cats is under 20 lbs... and thats with 4 mufflers.... the street( more desirable ) and still 3" catless is about 23 lbs...
Cats and V bands add another 4.5 lbs...
Why would you want to save 4 to 5 lbs and pay a few thousand dollars more?

It was totally just out of curiosity. I know your exhausts are extremely lightweight already and most of the systems that use Ti are to bring down the weights of designs that would be significantly heavier when built out of traditional materials. So you don't have the need to, but I was just curious if you had ever done one or looked into it. As we all know, there's some people that would do it just to say they had one as money's no object, and thought maybe one of them had you make one for them. But I know Titanium's definitely cost prohibitive and yeah especially just to save 4 or 5 lbs. would be pretty senseless. But I really love the sounds of your exhaust, as soon as I get a Turbo, you're the first one I'll call to get the mod bug going!

plus i think you need special welders/equipment for TI

Yeah....to do a proper job you would need Laser, electron beam or plasma...it could be welded with TIG or MIG equipment, but the welds are not as good.

Plus Ti needs to be welded in a controlled atmosphere.

No. All it is the material used for piping to keep weight down. The desing of the muffler internals, CATS, resonators are going to effect sound/noise.

I can make whatever you want... even a combination of both...
