Just wondering....

I found out about 6speedonline.com when a friend sent me the link to the thread about Buddy's adventure, when he got pulled over for *allegedly* speeding in TX or OK, I forget which.

I know he had a thread stating that he was going to be away for awhile, working on himself & his family.

I was just wondering IF anyone has heard how he is doing.

Same here! I wonder if that is good for all of us to be thinking about him at almost the same time. Kinda spooky.

 

Last August he emailed me and said he had business to do in Fort Wayne the following week and he'd love a ride in my C-GT. I sent him an email that said "come on down, I'd be happy to take you for spin" and then... I never heard from him again...strange!!

Buddy hasn't visited the 6speed forums since around January 4-5th.

 

I saw him on the forums in early January and sent him a PM and never heard back ..

So nice to know you still think about me. That is really awesome!
I have been occasionally browsing the boards and keeping up with you all. I am doing well, did have a relapse but have been
sober for the last month and a half. Got some bad news regarding my wife she was diagnosed with Hodgkins Lymphoma (cancer of the lymph nodes) but the prognosis is very good. 95% success rate with chemo/radiation treatment. Had her first chemo treatment a week ago Thursday and will be going back this Thursday for the second one. She will go every 2 weeks for 6 months. They are using ABVD for any of you Doctors out there.

I have some Porsche issues which I will address in another thread.

Once again it is nice to know people still remember me around here. Makes me think this forum is more that just about the cars but also about the people.
