9ff's ultralight centerlocks on mine. Fronts 18x9 ET36 (19 lbs), Rears 18x11 ET30 (22 lbs). Thinking about painting them black for next season. Probably add a half pound of weight for the paint or powdercoat though......

19's are a bit heavier but still light, I'm pretty sure that Gumpert uses them on the Apollo.

Cool - my wheels are even lighter than I thought.

I thought they were 21/22 - but I'll take 19/22!

lets see your car - or is that yours they used for the photoshoot (rock quarry)?

9FF did a way overpriced centerlock conversion wheel in 18" that you could run a Brembo 380mm kit on it. I would not spend the money on centerlock and do some HRE Competition wheels or their new monoblock in 18's.

I have a TON of pics here - www.vividracing.com/hrewheels

Here is the C21 for example

leave it to vivid to foul up a normal non-sponsor cluttered thread...

real classy guys (actually about what i would expect)

fwiw, I actually paid LESS for my centerlocks shipped from germany than HREs locally here in socal.

So I guess that "overpriced" truly is qualitatively a subjective as well as relative term.

oh, and the "other [redacted] brand" wheels weigh less I think.

Yes, PERFORMANCE is my number one priority - Gotta have every advantage over the 997TTs with their 19inchers
Also...that picture you posted is gorgeous. Never saw your car up close like that. I do not want a deep dish but yours works well because of the silver paint and spoiler.

I don't know about their previous threads, but Dan and Vivid Racing are good friends, so I don't mind him posting on my thread. But I understand what you're saying, it pisses me off too. Look at Markski @ 911tuning - He always pitches in to help and shows pics of his handcrafted work. Never mentions price or anything, let's his work do the talking....Class
