Lexus IS F - WTH
Before Meth. I only had 18g's, 58lb injectors and an FVD exhaust with an EPL tune. Made 525awhp on EPL's dyno. Added Meth and got to almost 600whp on the same dyno.
I want a car that i can consistently get power out of. A buddy of mine has a GTR and its great how easily he makes power. With the ISF i dont even have the chance to try because of the tuning limitations. Hopefully ill make my choice within the next 2 weeks. For now its between a 996 tubro, Supra, or GTR.
This is what im talking about. Car must be amazing with 600whp

Cool! I plan on dynoing my car once I get everything 100% and see where she is. Meth ads a lot it looks like! I may have to check that out. What boost are you running on meth?
I'm the owner of the IS-F in question. Chad, trust me their is nothing wrong with your car. My car has beat a lot of cars that it shouldn't have. Most of which should trap in the high 120's to low 130's. I'm not sure on the rules here, so I won't post any videos.
So there is no confusion my car has the following mods.
Removed secondary cats and mufflers
Joe Z Intake
NX 125shot
My car Dynoed 455whp on a very low reading dyno, actually most people think it was broken.
This is the same exact set-up that MrSlay is running who posted earlier in this thread. I got a lot of good ideas from him...lol How's it going MrSlay?

I don't doubt you. I don't know enough about these cars to make a good judgement. When he gets his car perfect than we will do it again. I race for fun, so it doesn't matter either way. I would like for him to come back and put a beating on me. What kind of trap do these cars see with that set-up normally?
OK, hopefully I don't get banned here.
First one is of the same C5Z06 in the video Chad posted. He put down 470whp earlier this year. There is another car mixed in the video. It's a 530whp KB Stang.

Second one is a race with the C5Z06 on a 150shot. Let's put him somewhere in the high 500's or low 600's easy.

That ISF definitely looks to be quite fast. Power only goes so far, driver has a lot to do with these types of runs and Chad was admittedly not a great driver. The ISF being an automatic will always have perfect shifts and lose nothing on shifts. That may have a lot to do with it. But Chad, definitely you should do a check for boost leaks to make sure you're at full power. Also, try throwing in some race gas in there next time.
J8123 thanks for posting the vids, we always love videos around here regardless of make or outcome, it's all about fun and we're all car guys. Most of us can appreciate a fast car regardless of make, I've seen vids of monster miata's that would put most 6 digit super cars to shame on a dragstrip and enjoyed them very much. Point is, there's always something on the road that's faster than what you're driving no matter what it is. But it's fun to enjoy what we've got. Thanks again.

I agree... Chad stated he lost the race at the start... also, one has to know how to street race... just because someone has XXX amount of HP doesnt mean he will win. Chad hit the rev limiter big no no in 2nd... you should short shift the car at 6300 no take it to redline... thats how he lost the race... Or worse, as he stated, he ran 3rd and 4th... yayks... of course you will get smacked by a V8 with TQ... also he probably is running only 1 bar...

I get the fact that he might not have been in the right gear, but why wouldn't he starting pulling back some ground when he hit the meat of his powerband in third and fourth? Was his car that down on power? Felt really strong when he took me for a drive in it.
He might not know his car 100% yet, but we are talking about roll racing here guys not drag racing. If anything this is a test of power more than driver. Also why did the C5Z06 in the videos have the same exact problem? That same vette on nitrous was neck and neck with a 625whp C5 with an A&A SC kit on E85.
The only way that we can all find out if this is just a ride on the mystic pony or a true beat is to have a car locally with the same set-up come out for a little run...
As I said my friend, Headaches

I agree with the comments you both made and honestly it's just fun for me, but in the spirit of smack talking I have to make a couple of comments here.
