Why doesn't my Brockway R1000 reads and clears DTC's?

Why doesn't my Brockway R1000 reads and clears DTC's?

It doesn't store any fault codes, and even if there is any it won't clear them? Is there a certain way to make it read and clear the fault codes? They show up with the Durametric, but the brockway says 0 DTC's, advise please.

It cant clear all codes. I would clear my P1109 and P0420/P0430s but not ABS/PSM.
