Did you ever find one?

Oh bummer ! We've just build 4 dozens 3 inch EP exhaust but sold the last one yesterday , I'm sorry.
Seriously , I don't have experience with 3 inch 996 TT exhausts.

We do build 3 inch exhausts for the 997 TT though.
Here is some backpressure info :

So the stock 600 cpsi 997 TT exhaust has 0.44 Bar maximum backpressure.
Our 60mm 100 cpsi stage 1 sport exhaust has 0.18 Bar backpressure.
Our 65mm GT2 version has 0.16 Bar
With a 70mm proto it was 0.14 Bar
And our stage 2 76mm / 3inch has 0.12 Bar maximum backpressure.

So going from 70mm to 76mm is just a 0.02 Bar backpressure difference. That's very little compared to the 0.44 Bar of the stock exhaust.
With the common inconsistencies at the dyno the difference between the 70mm and the 76mm exhaust wasn't clear.

The worst exhaust is the stock one and the best exhaust is straight open pipes.
Anything inbetween is just a compromise.
