Durametric Problem

I was checking my car with Durametric diagnostic tool tonight and when I tested the Alarm section it showed 3 faults and when I tried to erase them it wouldn't allow me to do it, I've had faults before and it always allowed me to erase them but this is the first time it wouldn't do it. Anyone have this problem or know of a way I can erase the faults.

anothervr6kid is infamous around these parts
What are the faults? If they are alarm related you might have to fix the issue so you can erase them.

Yes +1
If the fault condition still exists you cant clear the fault. I have a minor fault on on door micro switch and until I have it fixed I cant reset that code.
What are the codes by the way.

Hi,
Firstly, I would have a look at the Alarm-Cl module. It sits under the passenger seat. Can be prone to getting wet. Take off the 2 plugs. The black plug has most of the supply and return power supplies. The white plug has most of the sensors and micro switch connections. Check for verdagrease/corrosion on the terminals. Also check the 2 co-axial connectors on the unit for the alarm key fob.
Its easy to get too. Unbolt the seat and tilt it backward into the rear of the car. You dont even have to disconnect the seat electrics.
Try that first.
Frank
