How do I get a hold of Porsche NA

I recently purchased another Porsche. It was out of state and I had the local Porsche dealer do a full Inspection on the car(cost over $500). Anyways, I got the car and I think there has been some paint work on the hood. The seller and dealer claim that they dont know of or didnt notice any paint work.

The paint meter reading was 4 on all parts of the car and 5.5 on the hood. The dealer said that could be totally normal. But the edges of the hood feel like the were taped and sprayed at one time. Anyways, I want to see if I have any recourse with Porsche if the hood had been painted. I paid a pretty penny for an inspection that may have turned up to be wrong.

Any help out there? Keep in mind 6speedonline does not allow me to respond to threads or posts right now, so sorry if I dont respond to you guys.
Thanks

You'll get no help from PCNA on this (or most anything else). They're standard response will be for you to handle it with your dealer.

The NO help part of PCNA is really pathetic. I have personally contacted them before with hopes of achieving a favorable resolution for both parties. They do not care in the least about the customer. This is evident. It usually requires pursuing other avenues to get satisfaction for the consumer. All an attempt at improving the bottom line. It really is too bad, I love my car but after all the service warranty bull**** I really don't think I'll own another Porsche auto. Who knows what to replace it with, but I'm tired of the dealer / dealers & PCNA's lack of courtesy. I'm ready for a car that includes great customer service & satisfaction.

Same here!! I am throughly disgusted by Porsche NA and the piece of **** dealer that I tried to use.
