it's more than a coincidence then. u guys have similar tastes in cars, wheels, house, and neighborhood. hmm. what else is similar?

Yes.......maybe Lawrence Cheng and R Spiteri are the same person (?).

L Cheng - yep that's his house - and it wasn't for sale 2 weeks ago - not sure about now. You guys in/near Silver Creek should start your own club - you're at least 3 strong now, right? Would make for a good pic in front of the clubhouse.

I looked at that house. It's in Atherton and they are asking $3.5M. Needs a little clean up. Some Google person will over bid on it and it will probably go for $4.2M

What a steal

BTW I don't live in SVCC. Couldn't afford the 8 different additional taxes they apply to your home for the privilege to live behind a gate and live on an 6500 square foot lot... that's if you get one of the big lots.
