If you want to get your best speed it would be better to go in March. Its been cooler in March than it has been in Oct the times that I have been there. Still a few cold fronts coming through...

When you get your time slip from the Texas Mile there is no disputing the speed.....it's accurate. The Miami events don't have that "guarantee" yet.

I have been to all the mile events in Miami.....The last event I attended was by the group Topgun....very organized and their timing was dead on accurate.
