Thats the perfect plan...the market here is insane...the most expensive stuff on the beach used to be 550 sq/ft until the last 2 years and then the numbers have crept steadily up..I have a friend from NY who just paid 1.1m for something here as a 2nd place and he has a 2 bedroom in NYC upper east side that he paid less for 9 years ago..now thats nuts...what palces have you been looking at?

I was on Ives Dairy west. Infact, the car arrived today via auto transport. I was anxious like a little kid waiting to play with the new toy......

I'll post better pics after a wash tomorrow. I'll post driving impressions after a week or two. There is a learning curve with this setup.
