Shipping a car in Western Canada

Just bought a 01 Turbo in Calgary. I'm looking to have it shipped out to Vancouver. Anyone have any experience with shipping a vehicle in Western Canada?

I used Boychuk Ventures (780)464-6589 this summer. They were good, and had 1st class equipment

I just bought an 02' yesterday from a shop in Calgary called 'The car Gallery'. He had another 02' in the shop that was being transported to the Vancouver area this week. Maybe give Joe from The Car Gallery a call and find out who it is being shipped with and see if you can get yours on that truck.

Just for reference, I shipped a Viper from White Rock to Calgary last year and it cost me $885.00

Did you get the black one or the silver X50?

I bought the Black one. The Silver X50 sold to someone in BC. That is the one he is shipping.
Which one did you buy? Im guessing the black one that was on Kijiji for $45000.

That's right, I got the 01 black one off Kijiji. It appears that the surplus of inventory in Alberta of 996 Turbos that has been hanging around for the past 5 or 6 months is now significantly reduced. The silver X50 at CG appeared to be a great car but unfortunately I was looking for black.

So I took the advice from other members and went with TFX. So far I'm thinking it was a big mistake as it has not been a positive experience. We will see when the car arrives what the final verdict will be. Maybe I will be proved wrong and have a positive experience like others on the forum seem to have had.
