Best looking wheels on a 996 Turbo
I know I'm going to be in the minority here, but I think I prefer 18's over 19's on the 996TT. I've always been a fan of mesh wheels, but one of my favorite wheels ever were the Kinesis K28R's I had on my MKIV Supra. The "R" is for the reverse drop, so the lips were very deep and flat. Too bad the company got bought out by Lexani and have become more of a "bling" wheel as of late.

I don't have the weight at hand since I'm travelling but they are rather light, similar to OZ Ultraleggera if I recall a comparison in our club correctly.
9" and 12" I use is actually the size sold for 997 turbo in Germany, you could also use 8 1/2 and 11 if weight is important I guess..

sure, here we go:
BBS CH-R Wheels9x19” offset 53mm front, 12x19” offset 45mm rear, with stainless steel rings for curb protection (factory)
Spacers 5mmfront, 10mm rear
Tires235/35/19 front, 315/25/19 rear Michelin PS2
(Michelin as this is the only one available with manufacturers approval for speeds of 307 kph [and beyond]. My car hits the rev limiter at 327 kph)
No bodywork required, car ca. 1” lower (H&R Clubsport).
