I recently made the move from 18" RUF Modulars to 19" AGs, I was concerned about the ride quality too, but I can't tell a difference at all. I am also on PSS9s, so the ride was pretty stiff to begin with, but there is no discernible difference IMO

Handling? They seem to perform fine, but in my old age, I just don't drive like a maniac anymore. I would have to say that 19"s have been fine, but I am nowhere NEAR the limit of what this car can do. Sorry not to be of more help there, KH

Advan Racing RS II, light weight, strong and made in Japan.

those look great, simple and all business. they also look exactly like the oz hlt allegeritas I just got in gt2 fitment. if theyre more than 400 per I'd seriously look into the oz wheels. they are very strong and light for the money.

We have similar taste Mark, they do look very similar dont they. The only difference that I can see is the ring pattern around the bolt holes.
I really do like them, are yours 18".

Oh there's rub. I rolled fenders long ago but I've chewed thru the rear wheel liners from wheel hop and semi airborne antics up and down them thar hills. It's just plastic or whatever the liners in rear are made of, so the liners are due to be replaced. I wish I could post a pic its .

Normal driving nothing would rub. It's just from off camber compression. I have some radically tight corners..Its nbd

BTW! What's the asking $ on those advans?

You can always change the liners to GT2 ones but I believe there is a quite a price difference to turbo ones.

Do you really want to know, Ozzie dollar in free fall, so everything's going up with a nuclear weapon attached to it. I think our exchange rate is around 0.63 to USD now, set of 4 996TT sizes Advans Racing RS II are AUD$2630 + import duties

oz hlt allegeritas from tirerack come in at a similar price once you add delivery and import duties.

yeah, I'm gonna get me some gt2 liners stat! while the fake azz dollar is up against the fake azz... umm... whatever

Ha ha ha, now you're cracking me up again Mark. That vision of Janice is popping into my head again

Even Skippy would be knocked over with these prices, even when hes tied down...lol.

I'll take those wheels at 1.7k any day.

i could probably get em to you less expensively than the shipper! lol. btw..was that tie me kangaroo song reference showing my age? ya think!?

either way, those advans look great! even if i can't tell one bit of difference btw those and the oz! i say get em in graphite. its great color, or g*n metal ( g*n is a bad word ) grey is less "shiny". i have blk and silver all over my car and the only contrast beyond my pink faded calipers? is the graphite grey wheels and i really like it, though black would look great too if its the only black on a sliver car. i had my f14's in brushed aluminum and then i plastidipped em black! rattle can though it was so i like aerosols! i just dont see the problem

jimbo: not sure what ya think about f14's but they are a very decent choice ! check out the add'l pwdercoating and some other sh*t this guy did. asking like 300 a wheel! w shipping you'd still save a bundle. they look "new" to me! https://www.6speedonline.com/forums/...e-stems-2.html
