Whoa. It looks fantastic and all, but thats a little steep for me for a front bumper, even fited, painted, and installed. Are you selling the original that was previously on the car? Wonder what you could get for that to help offset the cost of the new one?

Let us know which rear wing you decide on. I'm in the market for that as well.

5g installed is a pretty good price if it included the functional conversion as well

5311.32 painted installed and taxed! Two page invoice covering every last nut and bolt. You definitely don't want to just slap this bumper on.

Boostin is infamous around these parts
That's the cost to do it right!! I am in the midst of compiling all of the OEM parts and will hopefully be doing the conversion in the very near future.

Rock - car looks great!

From my understanding the radiators in the gt2 are in a different position than our cars. So if you switch the bumper you compromise air flow and cooling as the inlets are slightly different.

Does that translate to if someone went with an aftermarket bumper such as the one from Precision Porsche that doesn't require changes to the plumbing, it might restrict airflow to the radiators?

PowderJay just sent me his parts list.... Thanks!

But... before anyone gets too excited.... I crossed checked the parts thru Pelican and the 'new' 2011 prices are a _bit_ more.

According to my calculations the total parts costs is now $9318.25 - OUCH!!

Most glaring -

996-505-311-30-G2X Bumper Lining
PowderJay - $1530.39
Pelican - $4848.25

Oh, and add the Labor to that as well.

, OK, so maybe I'll just stick with a new rear wing and k24/18g upgrade. Then a vacation in the Caribbean with my wife with the remainder of the savings. I guess it's just all about priorities.

My thoughts exactly.... - a couple of trips to Hawaii and a few other things.
