Black on yellow is awesome. Get a 30% gloss or there about's. If you go with 100% matte, they stain very easy and almost impossible to make look nice again. To glossy and they look pimpish. The 30-40% looks satin but not to bright.

I say black with a yellow pinstripe around outer edge to break up the tire and wheel.
