I did mine with some 3m carbon look wrap stuff tonight just to see how it would look, I figured I could rip it off in two seconds if I didn't like it

I like it, it looks like an economical 997 conversion. Problem is I really like the 996tt headlights.

economical indeed...but creative and a nice little DIY...reminds me of the mask of the Ronald McDonald Charecter Hamburgler in the old cartoons comercials for McDonalds lol

I also like the 996 headlight housing, I think it would be perfect if the light were taken apart and the chrome redone in body color...that would be great!

Thats what I thought after I was done, have to call it "the bandit"
I also like the 996 lights, just a little to much chrome. Painting under the lense in body color would be best, I agree.

madmaxgr is infamous around these parts
the material is fiber and you can paint them in any color you like.
also the have a mark at the back side that you can drill and open a
hole to use the headlights washer.they match perfect to the headlights
and you can remove them anytime because you can use silikone .
i find them in a local tuner here in greece (pts.tech)for 350E for more
info send me pm
