Well, its hard to believe it's been a year and only 2001 miles since my childhood dream became a reality.

I got her with 10,219 miles and today I hit 12,220. If it werent for 2 sick kids and Passover, I would have taken a road trip to the keys or Ft. Meyers but I guess that'll have to wait.

While I bought her to drive, most of our daily routine is within 5 miles of home. Also, I realize that like many other past hobbies, there just isn't enough time.

 

It was a year for me yesterday... Got her at 89,000 km and now she's at 114,000 km. It's been a fun year!

 

Go make an excuse and drive her so she doesn't just sit and dry up. I put on a 1000 miles in the last few weeks.

try to drive her and keep some miles on...these cars run much better when driven...and keep the revs up as well...shifting at 4 or 5 grand on normal street driving is fine - and that's for light duty, top rpm is what these cars see on track for hours on end driving in high rmp even on the street will not hurt the car at all...these are robust machines that operate best when used, as they were designed to do so
